    Explosion in Oslo City Center

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     CoqRogue works in an office about 100 meters from the explosion site. He was finishing up his day at work when he heard a 'huge, enormous bang.' CoqRogue and his colleagues evacuated their building. Once he got outside, he said everything 'was jut chaos.' He stayed in the area for about 10 to 15 minutes before leaving.
