    Tornado or not

    July 22, 2011. Storms came through with cloud to ground lightning, rain, wind, but no tornadoes were said reported or even a downdraft but while looking at this thunderstorm, my eye caught a hanging down ( cloud ) I say it could of been what anybody might think it might be but I really don't know.  Again today, July 23 storms are developing in Ohio and moving into Pennsylvania and when the severe storms are upon us, I'll take  pictures for my own entertainment!
