    Dear Senators and Congresspersons

    Please remember that the people of this country voted for you. But you are giving us more burdens, either in the form of increased taxes or reduced governmental spending. But we understand the situation and are ready to carry these burdens even though it was created by you due to your mismanagement. You may increase the taxes or reduce the spending or both, but please do not put this country and its people into jeopardy by not passing the debt ceiling. At a time when the country is facing lots of problems and losing its advantage in many areas, do not bicker just for satisfying your and the party’s ego.
