    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Petedcurtis submitted this video of a funnel cloud in Tamarac, Florida, at 5 p.m. on August 2, 2011. He says he thought he had seen a waterspout so he reached for his camera and started recording. He couldn't tell if the funnel cloud ever made contact with the ground.
