    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Jacobchaos says he shot this video during the student protests in Santiago. He says that police agents used tear gas to disperse the protesters.

    Protests and police response, day and night in Santiago.  People are protesting for free and universal education. Chile has one of the worst records in the world for access to quality education.
