    An American Photographer In Dubai

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     BLAKEINHOU started a project called '30 Kitchens in 30 Days' as a new person in the United Arab Emirates for work. 'We as consumers sit down at a restaurant and order off a menu, minutes later our food 'magically' arrives. It's easy to forget about the human element, the people and the talent just a few feet away on the other side of the kitchen door.'

    As a newly relocated American photographer living in the UAE for the last four months, my new assignments have taken me all over the Emirates.
