Cardboard Swimming Pool invented to help people beat the heatwave

You Tube developer the Homemade Game Guru just might have the craziest innovation yet to beat the heat – namely, a full-sized functional cardboard swimming pool!

Measuring in at 72sq.ft., with walls reaching a height of 4ft., the Homemade Game Guru figured out how to make a leak-proof and low cost swimming pool out of simple to obtain materials.  His You Tube how-to video, Beat the Heat: How to Make a Cardboard Swimming Pool, explains how anyone can make any sized pool for a few hundred dollars, on their own terms, just as temperatures continue to rise. The design also allows for water pumps and a drainage port.

Very few people can seriously afford a full-sized in-ground or above-ground pool and even more people don’t have the space in their backyards – yet everyone wishes they could have a large pool to enjoy on hot summer days.

Low income or cash strapped middle class families can benefit from not only having their own pool to enjoy, but will also benefit from the time they spend together making the finished design.
