    Texas BBQ

Since 1958, the Luling City Market has been serving some of the juiciest BBQ in Texas to fans from all over the world, and consistently ranks in the top 5 BBQ spots in the state. Their mouthwatering brisket is seasoned and cooked for 6-8 hours over a slow oak wood fire and, for that true “Texan” atmosphere, is served on brown butcher paper with a choice of tasty sides. The most popular order for locals is one sausage link, one rib and a slice of beef. Most first-timers order 2-3 times as much food, hence a lot of take-home. On a typical day, customers sink their teeth into 250 pounds of brisket, 800 ribs and 2,500 sausage links! Don’t forget to add Luling to your “must visit” list for this authentic Texas BBQ experience!
