    Japanese Cosplayers (fans dressed as their favorite characters) take their hobby seriously as shown by the attention to detail in their handmade costumes. This event (similar to Comic-Con in the US) was attended by several hundred thousand attendees at the Tokyo Big Sight Convention Center held on August 12, 13 and 14, 2011.
