    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Specularity sends us this awe inspiring video of Irene as it put on a light show in its path through Anguilla, British West Indies.

    Just returned from the island of Anguilla BWI where hurricane Irene passed north of us and put on a light show.

    I had the windows closed in the hotel because the wind would have clipped the noise gate on the cam corder and produced a garbly sound. So I was shooting through the glass...still though this is insane. Still headed out to Ripples for drinks....I wasn't going to let a hurricane slow me down hehehe ;-)
