Speaker Pelosi, I can’t think of anything more important to ask you than the reason behind your decision of no consideration and declaring the matter off the table in the impeachment proceedings presented by Congressman Kucinich against George W. Bush in the misuse of prewar intelligence, destruction of evidence, manipulation of public opinion through a political propaganda campaign to justify invading Iraq and transgressions in torture, surveillance, obstruction, an array of 35 articles presented, one of them being, and I quote, “…in violation of Article 2, section 3 of the United States Constitution to take care that the laws be faithfully executed who personally and acting through his agents and subordinates together with the Vice-president illegally spent public dollars on a secret propaganda campaign to manufacture a false cause against Iraq” end quote Jonathan Turley, a constitutional law expert, speaking to Keith Oberman in analyzing this situation used the words “clear presidential crimes”, and that it has those who studied Constitutional law “quite worried” saying that you and other democrats are not only are protecting him against impeachment but investigation as well, in order to retain congress and for fear of back-lash, but part of the oath taken in the house of representatives is to stand firm in the face of presidential crimes. We’ve killed more people and more of our own have died in this war than 9/11, Katrina, Saddam's and bin Laden’s victims all together and for what? If you cannot explain why you are not impeaching, explain why exactly it is that you support this war. This iReport is a question for the Digg Dialogg interview with Nancy Pelosi.
