    Quechee Covered Bridge

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JamesEMiller shot this video at the flooded bridge in Quechee, Vermont, on August 28. He says, 'We did not realize the severe impact of the storm until we walked down to Quechee Main Street. If we had not left our house, we would never have imagined the damage to our neighborhood. For the most part, we have only experienced rain.'

    Quechee, VT covered bridge ravaged by fierce waters.  We did not expect this from Irene!  Normally the water flows 20-30 feet below the bridge.
