    Manville Nj Hurricane Causing Flood Scare

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     mrchin03 says there wasn't a lot of damage from the storm itself, but there is flooding at river intersections and some downed trees.

    Military personal, along with a state trooper and a photographer had a close call, while attempting to drive military vehicles that can usually go through rivers. Unfortunately the flooding was greater than anticipated and stalled the trucks as the water went over the tip of the roofs. luckily all got out after being submerge for a few seconds.
