    Uneven Road

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     mtbailey walked around and shot photos August 28. 'What I observed was the rushing water pulling things such as; trees, furniture, 500 gallon propane tanks (200+), and parts of homes down a waterfall smashing into the Taftsville Bridge. In reality these things are of huge size but the rushing water made them seem like bouncing ping-pong balls. When the propane tanks hit the bank or the bridge they would release propane into the air and make a 'hissing' sound. You could smell the propane in towns surrounding Taftsville.'
