CNN FREEDOM PROJECT: Conditions of UAE Labor Sector

We know for a fact that Middle East undergone a massive financial crisis in 2009.  Hence, many companies were forced to close their operations due to financial burdens and credit woes.

It was observed there were many companies in UAE  practicing forced labor.  UAE firms employing managers such as Syrians, Lebanese, Egytians, Indians, Pakistani alike are so cruel and rude when they impose company rules and procedures among their staff.  Please take note that you're among those millions of expatriates working in UAE.  Stop doing cruelty towards your staff, acting like a dictator, or an animal!

Cruel superiors like nationalities mentioned were not permitted by God to shout among staff.  Neither the superior nor the subordinates are perfect individuals.   Please stop living in a hell-like environment  in UAE.  Do not intimidate staff nor humiliate them.  Do not threaten your staff to get terminated on their job.  No to non-payment of salaries/wages as well.  No to racism in UAE!  Follow what was written on a  2-year labor contract.  Stop company abuse towards workers!

We are living in the modern period, let's all act according to human lifestyle with good morals and proper ethics.  Barbaric and Stone age types of management were already gone.  So, act according to will of God and treat every human like your brother or sister.  For the properly educated person, use it wisely, not to take advantage of other people's weaknesses for your own benefit!
