    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     AdamParker shot this panoramic picture this morning of Panama City Beach, FL, as the outer bands of tropical storm Lee arrived. Though there isn't any significant damage expected from the storm, he is 'concerned that outdoor activities will be hindered and that travel today and back to Atlanta will be impacted by Lee.'
