    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     CharityD took these photos in June 2011, when she visited Loco, a small slum in Jinja, Uganda. 'I submitted the photos because I want to tell the story of these people in Uganda,' CharityD said. 'The one of the little boy is one of my favorite photos from my whole trip, so I wanted to surround the story with photos of his life. It was hard to narrow down the selection to only three, but since I wanted a broad overview as well as a picture of what the homes are like there, I chose the other two and have always been captivated by the woman in the third photo.'
