    The Mighty Market Street Bridge

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Epijay shot photos September 8. He says he is fortunate to live on a hill, because water is still rushing into the Harrisburg area from other places. It's sunny out, but the flooding continues. 'During the rains my sump pumps were working overtime,' he said. He wondered if his electricity would keep going; otherwise his basement could have been flooded.
