I just watched former President Clinton's address to the DNC and I can't help but to make this comment. President Clinton has finally joined the fray of the millions of democratic faithfuls in saying "YES WE CAN" by giving a rousing endorsement of Senator Barack Obama for President of the United States of America. To put the iceing on the cake, President Clinton answered critiics who say Senator Obama lacks the experience necessary to be president of the US by stating categorically that he too faced the similar criticism as a candidate for the Presidency in 1992 yet his administration was very successful leaving America with a budget surplus, millions of new jobs, rising incomes for all americans, and an enhanced image of the US abroad as opposed to current sick state of the US economy; budget deficit, falling incomes, unemployment,as well as a diminished image of the US abroad under the current administration. President Clinton then tied Senator John McCain to the current state of affairs and urged democrats and Americans to elect Obama as president of the US to avert four more years of the same policies. In my view, the Obama train just left Springfield, IL en route to 1600 Pensylvania Avenue and anyone especially the McCain campaign who had hoped President clinton was not going to be onboard must be really disappointed.
