    My View: 9.11.01 in Poland

    I  was in Poland on Sept 11, 2001. Sure appreciated the coverage in  English on the BBC. It was in the late afternoon Polish time. I will  never forget the raw shock I felt that day as the images of the planes  and the towers flickered on the Tv. The whole world felt it with us. I witnessed the emotion shared that night in front of the American embassy in Warsaw where crouds gathered and candles were lit, tears were shed. It was a very odd thing to experience overseas.
