    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     davidrowe took these photos September 12 from his terrace in Calahonda, Spain. He says the fire was about 500 meters away. He started to pack to leave but happily firefighters got the blaze under control.

    These are pictures taken from my apartment, located in Calahonda on the Costa Del Sol Spain where a massive bush fire was finaly brought under control yesterday.
