    Ceci Acosta is the widow of former Army Veteran Herman Acosta from Villa Park, who worked at the U.S. Department of Labor, in Chicago, Illinois.  Former residents of Addison Township where there is a large population of Hispanics, the Acosta Family moved to Villa Park where they purchased a home.
