Isaiah Gage's Cello Solo for Washington Square Park.

In conjunction with Gallery Nine5 and NYC Parks and Recreation, sculptor Michael Murphy and cellist Isaiah Gage put on a multimedia performance at the Arch in Washington Square Park last Friday. Using amplifiers, projectors, transducers, cameras and water, visual imagery was created using the cello. Live video of the standing water waves produced by the cello were projected onto the pillars of the arch.
