    Mountain Top Patrol

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ryno84 (second soldier from the right) was in Afghanistan for about 10 months. This photo was taken near Kabul. 'We patrolled up this mountain top, which was almost 10,000 feet, on small dirt roads that if you turned to much to the right or left (you thought) that you were going to roll the humvee off the mountain,' ryno84 said. The war taught ryno84 not to take what he has here in the U.S. for granted. He said it also brought him closer to his family. ryno84 is currently serving in the Vermont National Guard.
