Are you just like your mom? |
Two Peas In A Pod
This was taken a few years back, at the Polar Bear Plunge, at Sandy Point State Park, in Maryland. The man in the middle is former Ravens defenseman Michael McCrary, who is a staunch supporter of the Special Olympics. As you can see, we look almost identical. Whenever anyone calls the house, they always get the two of us confused, because we sound so much alike. From my mother, I got a love for life, her fighting spirit, & a love of animals. She also taught me how to be open minded, & never judge a book by it's cover. That has proved very instrumental, in my upbringing. I never looked down on people, because of their status in society. She also taught me, how to be able to laugh at myself. My mother is one of the kindest, most wonderful people in all of the world, & also one of my best friends. Without her, I wouldn't be the kind, compassionate person that I've become. I'll always love her for that.
