Munich, Germany: Brewing up the fun in Bavaria |
Rathaus-Glockenspiel
In 2009 I had an 8 hour layover in Munich. I boarded a bus and headed for downtown. The bus driver asked when my departing flight was and suggested and time in route to return to the airport. I aimlessly wondered the streets of Munich admiring the architecture and beauty of the city. I had lunch in a small cafe, refreshed in an outdoor beer garden, and walked through the parks until I came across Rathaus-Glockenspiel, a building form the 1600 transformed into a modern day shopping mall. Outside was a carninval like market full of tasty street venders, savy salesmen, and street artists alike.
