    Suspect to Homicide

    An apparent suspect to yesterday's shooting homicide of Deputy District Attorney Sean May (Adams County) has just called in to talk to police about what he witnessed.

     

    Officers are en route to the caller's location to talk with him - the suspect is Ryan Kelly.

     

     

     

    The suspect was reported to have run North after the shooting. He is described as a black male - mustache & goatee, white T Shirt - Sox ball cap and cargo shorts & white sneakers. 

     

     

     

     

    The shooting occured at on the 3300 block of 35th Avenue in Denver's Highlands neighborhood.

     

     

     

    Update: 12:16 am Ryan Kelly in custody, taking to detectives.
