    iPhone 3GS - Broken Glass .. Still using

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     DesiReporter was attempting to open a door when his iPhone 3GS tragically slipped out of his hand and fell five feet, face down on the ground. The launch of the iPhone 4S has been on his radar for months, and he is eagerly awaiting its release: 'I'm so excited. I've been researching facts about the iPhone 4S and its latest design--I even saved my upgrade for it.'

    I've been using this broken phone for months ... I didn't have a discounted upgrade when iphone 4 was released.

    I accidentally dropped my iphone 3GS and broke the glass. I'm lucky that the touch is still working, so I have decided to cover the breakage with a screen protector and use it until the new iPhone is released.

     

    I'm glad im sharing this story just a day before the new phone is released. I can't wait to upgrade to the new model, no matter its iphone 5 or 4S. It would be definitely better than this broken 3GS.
