    Helicopter crashes in East River

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter AnitaCassini, who can see New York's East River from her apartment, snapped these photos when she heard about the helicopter crash on the news. The helicopter crashed as it approached a helipad for a landing near midtown Manhattan.
