This iReport is part of an assignment:
World's best and worst airports |
Bangkok International Airport
Assignment for CNNgo: Suvarnabhumi International Airport, also known as Bangkok International Airport is one of my favorite airports because of the easy access by Skytrain to Bangkok. Actually any airport that has train/subway connection to airports are my favorite. London, England and Vienna, Austria right there on the top of my list as they have train or subway connections right to the city center.
What I like about the Bangkok Airport is it's architecture. Very spacious and open. They also have little areas where you can sit and get away from the crowd, with little garden arrangements, so relaxful and peaceful. Sometimes you can become to comfortable reading a book and forget that you're at the airport! This airport works at making your wait at the airport a good experience.
Trivia: Suvarnabhumi has the world's tallest free standing Control Tower.
