    Don't know how it happened I was passing by and was able to take a pic with cellphone. Fortunately no one was hurt. This was in Houston, Tx  on january 28 of 2008. We must be careful becaue even if we drive carefully others are not, so we must be alert on other drivers to protect ourselves.
