    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     leatage says he rescued this car from a junkyard and restored it, and then covered it with comic book covers because he had to get creative with the exterior due to limited resources. He says he is now forced to sell it because he is unemployed and ran out of unemployment. View original iReport here.

    I kinda of forgot about all the work that i put into this labor of love. But after going throught the pic's I remembered it all..  In the last pic you will see an orange frame.  This was the fram of another VW to Thing I had to purchase to use a section of the frame, it was totally rusty and need to be replaced..  The bottom floor of the thing had to be totally replaced so we used a 40 MPH highway sign that we found in the scrap yard.  I don't know how many hours we all put into this car but what ever it is It was fun.

     

    Its going to really hurt to say good by but i have to.
