    Candid Captures from the OccupyLA Gathering

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     RCNorm has been going on his lunch break to document the Occupy protests in Los Angeles. ' I think that the protests are an important expression of our democratic process and its good to see people getting involved in the system to improve it and to let their voices be heard,' RCNorm said.

    These are images from the Occupy Los Angeles gathering, taken from October 4-11, 2011.  I've gone back over several days to capture photos and talk with the participants to get a feel from their perspective.
