    Occupy Wall Street - Times Square, October 15th, 2011.

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     AlRivera says: 'Before taking the photos in Times Square, I was at Zuccotti Park. The turnout was huge yesterday, many people came specifically for the march into Times Square. Before marching into Times Square, there was a short march to an African burial ground, where protesters prayed and reflected in silence.'

    He adds: 'What really caught my eye was the sharp contrast between the protests and the ads and billboards all over Times Square. Large ads for Bank of America and Chase loomed over protesters as they voiced their anti-corporate chants and held signs condemning the practices of many of these corporations.'

    Occupy Wall Street protesters marched into Times Square. Police set up barricades and divided the area. The energetic crowds chanted, as tourists and sightseers looked on.
