    Phoenix Gets Occupied

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     azchila submits this iReport of the protests in Phoenix, Arizona, on October 15. She says: 'When I arrived there were at least 500 plus people gathered in and around Cesar Chavez Plaza (Phoenix City Hall) along with the protesters was a heavy police presence. On the steps of city hall was the so-called main stage where people were lined up to take the mic and address their cause. There were many people and many signs. Young, old from all different races and backgrounds. People playing guitars and revolutionary marching band.'

She adds: 'As the day went on more people gathered I would say there were over a thousand people and maybe more, all with their own agenda. There seemed to be one major theme, dissatisfaction with financial institutions, however no one set of demands or concise message and no leader a free for all. The event resembled that of something out of the sixties.'
