CNN Ireport in the 13 Grandmothers event in Brazil

John Breyer CNN Ireporter participated in the ceremonies during the event of the 13 Grandmothers in Brazil he could make some interviews and to experience the blessings that the Grandmothers are bringing to the humankind and also their voice to protect Mother Earth.

This video has a little interview with Grandmother Mona Polacca ( http://www.nativevillage.org/International%20Council%20of%2013%20INDIGENOUS%2... )

    Who are the 13 grandmothers?
    http://www.grandmotherscouncil.org/about-us#who_we_are

*They represent a global alliance of prayer, education and healing for our Mother Earth, all Her inhabitants, all the children, and for the next seven generations to come.
They are deeply concerned with the unprecedented destruction of our Mother Earth and the destruction of the indigenous ways of life. We believe the teachings of our ancestors will light our way through an uncertain future.
They look to further their vision through the realization of projects that protect our diverse cultures: lands, medicines, language and ceremonial ways of prayer and through projects that educate and nurture our children.
    (From: http://www.grandmotherscouncil.org )*

The event was a truly interreligious festival with ceremonies from many spiritual cultures, and the people were all felling as true brothers and sisters.
The event happened in the University of Peace of Brasilia from October 21 to October 24, ending with a prayer and ceremonies in the National Congress at the National Museum Square.
The 13 Grandmothers are pure light and wisdom to each one of us and I hope they inspire more people and mobilize things in order to change for the better.
