    Mother Nature's own trick for Halloween.  almost a foot of snow and its still coming down here in interior Northeastern PA.   Power outages are widespread due to the weight of snow on the trees as seen in two of my photos.

        Luckily for most residence here the power came back.  That's not the case for areas south of us that still have 100% of foliage on the trees.
