Sunday Night Crock Pot
I slow cooked seasoned Lamb Shanks with cut up carrots, celery, onions, garlic, turnips, and potatoes in a red wine and broth sauce. It cooked for six hours and came out melt in your mouth good! Add to that homemade buttermilk biscuits and some creamy mashed potatoes and we had the perfect fall meal.
