Hurricane Irene has hit the East Coast of the United States in August 2011 and It brought Big Waves into North Carolina Coastline and Brought a lot of Rain in North Carolina and High Waves and People had to Stay Away from the Coastal Sections of Carolina then Irene Moved up to Washington DC and Baltimore and Brought Flooding Rain. Then Irene Moved into New York City and They had to Evacuate the Coastal Sections of the Long Island and They Brought Floods in New Jersey and Search and Rescue Team had to Rescue some People from their Flooded Homes and They Had to get on the Boats and Police urged to told People is Stay Away from the Flooded Areas and over a Million People are Without Power from Hurricane Irene.
