Grilled Thanksgiving Turkey
Cooking your Thanksgiving turkey on the grill is not only a great way to add an extra flavorful dimension to your meal, it also frees up significant oven room for other dishes. Keys to a perfect grilled turkey include a pre-cook brine (assuming the turkey hasn't already been enhanced with a salty solution, a coating of butter between the meat and skin, and the use of a disposable drip pan between the coals to create an indirect (and more even) cooking zone.
