Orange Marshmallows
Every year my family has a very American Thanksgiving celebration & It's one of my absolute favorite holidays.
Personally, I'm a bit untraditional though, because I don't eat Turkey, I'm an Ovo-Lacto-Pesce Vegetarian. Isn't that a mouthful?
I especially love the sweet stuff on Thanksgiving!
Every year I make myself responsible for the "orange" portion of the meal. At least that's what I'll call it.
Last year I made Bourbon Sweet Potatoes.

This year I made Sweet Yams with Marshmallows.
I pureed the yams with a touch of this & a dash of that & sprinkled (or pour) the marshmallows on top. Yum!! I wish you could have tasted them!
I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving and I especially give thanks to those of you reading this.
