    Samgyetang - Ginseng Chicken Soup

    Ginseng chicken rice is one of the most popular dishes in Korea, it is prepared with a small young chicken stuffed with glutinous rice and boiled in a ginseng broth with jujube fruits and garlic. It is widely believed that having samgyetang is good for your health, and will even be helpful in preventing as well as curing illness such as cold, flu, etc.
    I love samgyetang for its light yet delicate flavors, it is very comforting especially in winter time, and it definitely makes you feel a lot better having a few bowls of these when you're sick!
