JeonjuTraditional Bibimbap
Bibimbap has been modernized and now has a number of variations, the one shown in this photo is the Jeonju version served in a very famous restaurant in Myongdong, Seoul, called Gogung.
Bibimbap can also be served in a sizzling hot stone bowl; it is sometimes served with raw seafood or chicken instead of the usual meat and sautéed vegetable combination.
I love bibimbap for its colorful presentation and also how well all the ingredients blend together and has such an extraordinary taste; not to mention that it has just been voted as number 40 on "World's most delicious food" on CNNGo earlier this year.
