You missed out if you didn’t attend the 2011 Comikaze Expo in Los Angeles

Well I got to attend the 2011 Comikaze Expo in Los Angeles and had the BEST time ever! It was a mini San Diego Comic Con since you had room to move and stretch out AND was located in LA (so all easy peasy location wise for me)!! I wanted to upload my video from youtube of my interviewing attendees, costume (cosplay), artists and people selling some super cool toys!

I had such a great time watching the costume competition attendees. I got to see my favorite minions EVER monarch minions! I saw a super creative couple who were all Jurassic Parked out with their own truck! A huge assortment of Dr. Who from the new BBC series but not a lot of love to the classic original doctors! They even had one of my favorite Dr. Who villains in any form .. Cybermen AND he made it himself!!! I got to see a couple of classic comic book heroes and villains that were taking it old school with Dr. Strange and ultimate evil Dr. Doom (what does that say about American’s feelings towards Doctors??? tee hee).

I am so looking forward to attending the 2012 Comikaze Expo in Los Angeles and excited at who will be in attendance and what will be displayed. I love to be with my ‘peeps’ (sci fi geeks) and am so happy that the expo is smack dab in the middle of the year to get my geekon! If your interested in learning more about Comikazee
