    Cooper's House

Andover Forest Homeowners Association in Lexington, Kentucky is forcing a local family to remove the custom made playhouse for their three year old son with cerebral palsy. The playhouse was contructed after the child's therapist suggested it would help the boy's progress. The HOA says that the playhouse is a "structure" and must be removed and until it is removed, the family will be fined $50 a day. Many of the yards in the neighborhood contain playsets, or swingsets, even a gazebo, all of which have not been a problem. This playhouse is all about helping thie child live as normal life as possible and the fact that the HOA has even threatened to place a "lien" on the property is absolutely absurd. You can follow this family's story by "liking" their facebook page, "Cooper's House."
