    Firefighters refuse to fight fire and stand by and watch as a families home burns because they could not pay the $75 fee.
    How could anyone stand by and watch someones home burn because of a few dollars. That has to be some heartless firefighters and elected officials.
    Its sounds a lot like a mob shake down. You pay or you lose everything.
