Facebook message something like the KGB or Gestapo

Today I decided to login to Facebook. Something that has gone from a daily event to now a weekly event. That is I now rarely use Facebook. Once I logged in I got the message(see attached screen capture). It stated I had sent out a friend request to someone I don't know. I was instructed to AGREE or Log Out. I have not sent out friend requests to anyone unless I know them, or unless Facebook pops up suggesting for me to become a friend with someone. That is "this person is friends with five other people you know". Taking that in to consideration what about all those people that send me friend requests that I don't know. What about those people you might know but you can't see there profile, and only a photo. Facebook advises you to become friends.
I think this popup message is a little borderline of being something from a communist country trying to control what you do online. I think Facebook is breaking some constitutional rights here. Hey Mark Zuckerburg are you really an American. It looks like Facebook is not a social media, its leaning toward socialism,, or communism.
