    This is of a video of Uptown New Orleans at the intersection of St. Charles Avenue & Boadway St. The video was taken at 6:15 pm on Sunday, August 31, 2008.  It shows how the streets of New Orleans are completely quiet and empty after the mandatory evacuation.
