Occupy DC protesters arrested after stand off over structure

Occupy DC protesters built a structure, illegal under city ordinance. When requested to dismantle it they refused, which cause a stand off which lasted several hours. After 3 warnings the police proceeded to first arrest the people at the bottom, then requested the protesters at the top to come down, after they refused a inflatable cushion was brought to provide a 'safer' exit to whoever wanted to surrender. A few other protesters remained on top and a cherry picker was then utilized to arrest them.
