    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     markpel covered a demonstration last Saturday evening protesting the Russian election fraud scandal. 'Most all demonstrators were Russian speaking people which are living here in Berlin. The demonstration began on Dec. 10 in front of the embassy of Russia at Unter den Linden and then they walked to German Parliament (Reichstag building).'
